 The Kind Tree

In the middle of a bustling town stood an ancient banyan tree. It had been there for generations, providing shade and shelter to anyone who needed it. People called it “The Kind Tree.”

One summer, the town faced a severe heatwave. The Kind Tree became a refuge for everyone, from children playing under its shade to travelers resting on its roots. One day, a group of workers came with axes to cut it down to make way for a new road.

The townspeople protested, sharing stories of how the tree had touched their lives. Moved by their pleas, the town council decided to reroute the road and preserve the tree. The Kind Tree continued to stand tall, reminding everyone of the importance of kindness and unity.

الشجرة الطيبة

في قلب مدينة صاخبة، وقفت شجرة بانيان عتيقة. لطالما كانت هناك، تُوفّر الظل والمأوى لكل من يحتاج إليها. أطلق عليها الناس اسم "الشجرة الطيبة".

في صيفٍ من العام، واجهت المدينة موجة حرّ شديدة. أصبحت الشجرة الطيبة ملجأً للجميع، من الأطفال الذين يلعبون تحت ظلها إلى المسافرين الذين يستريحون على جذورها. في أحد الأيام، جاءت مجموعة من العمال بالفؤوس لقطعها لإفساح المجال لطريق جديد.

احتجّ سكان المدينة، ورووا قصصًا عن تأثير الشجرة في حياتهم. مدفوعين بتوسلاتهم، قرر مجلس المدينة تغيير مسار الطريق والحفاظ على الشجرة. بقيت الشجرة الطيبة شامخةً، تُذكّر الجميع بأهمية اللطف والوحدة.
